Enriching Connections is the training program we provide our memory care staff. During the program, our staff learn how to create meaningful relationships with residents living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. With the help of Enriching Connections, our team can deliver a unique experience for each person under our care.

We regularly welcome local musicians, guest speakers, and unique community performers—including surprise visits from therapy animals like local alpacas and llamas—right into our bright, spacious socializing rooms.
We also host structured community outings and guided, gentle walking trips through the scenic pathways of nearby Cleary Lake Regional Park, allowing residents to safely experience the physical benefits of nature.

Inspired by the helpful role that lifeguards play in keeping people safe, we’ve adapted a specialized program to teach residents how to gently look out for their friends and neighbors.
Our Certified Senior Lifeguards act as a warm, friendly extension of our daily team. They learn how to notice early warning signs or when a neighbor might need a little extra comfort or a friendly chat. It is a heartwarming way we celebrate our residents’ wisdom, foster deep bonds of friendship, and ensure that no one ever has to feel lonely or overlooked.
Nutritious Dining Prepared In-House
Fresh, delicious food is foundational to health and vitality. At NorBella, dining is a relaxed, social experience prepared with care by our culinary team:
